SUMMARY:Owning Your Identity: One Researcher at a Time!
DESCRIPTION:October 22\, 2025		\n\n					\n				@			\n			\n				8:00 am			\n		\n									\n					-				\n			\n							\n					5:00 pm				\n			\n						 \n\n\n  \n\nIn line with the 2025 International Open Access Week theme\, “Who Owns Our Knowledge?“\, the NMU Library and Yobe State University Library is organising an engaging programme titled: Owning Your Identity: One Researcher at a Time”. It is designed to help researchers understand and take charge of their scholarly identity in a digital and open knowledge environment. \n\nThe event will feature experienced professionals who will facilitate interactive sessions on building and managing researcher profiles\, enhancing visibility through Open Access platforms\, protecting intellectual identity\, and leveraging global scholarly tools to increase impact. \n\nThe Libraries intends to create awareness ahead of the event through its social media platforms\, using flyers\, reels\, and short features.
